We run a computerised prescription service. You may obtain your repeat prescription by:
- Handing in your prescription counterfoil to the receptionist
- Using our secure online form via the link at the top of this page
We do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions.
You may give consent for a chemist of your choice to collect your prescription on your behalf. You can arrange this yourself with your personal pharmacist. If there are any problems you can contact your usual doctor. You may also contact your local pharmacist who dispenses your prescription.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
