The NHS Sussex Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is closing.
From October 2023, the Carden and New Larchwood Surgery will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions. After this date you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD telephone service.
Instead, repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:
- On the NHS app or by logging into your NHS account at www.nhs.uk
- Online via the practice website
- By phone, post, or in person at your GP practice
